What do our carers do?

Outreach carers truly believe in quality home care, so our highly experienced carers are there to assist with all aspects of personal care, helping with mobility, administering medication, housework, and hoisting. We can support various complex conditions.

What is supported living?

You will live in one of our dedicated properties for service users, enabling you or your loved one to have round the clock care.

What care conditions can you support?

Our carers are able to support those age 16+ living with a variety of care conditions including complex care. These conditions include: alzheimers and dementia, stroke, multiple-sclerosis, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, motor neurone disease and spinal injuries.

What housekeeping duties will my carer be able to help with me?

Our carers will help with housework which includes vacuuming, polishing, mopping floors and washing clothes.

How will my care be managed?

Our Registered Manager is responsible for the ongoing supervision of the care and support you receive. All our carers undergo routine observations, assessments and spot checks to ensure you are receiving the highest quality care.
